Today Bella and I...
1. Stole our favorite man away for an early lunch.
2. Failed to find some suitable maternity denim capris at the consignment store (yes, all things denim are getting a little snug even though I'm not showing. Boo hoo!), but succeeded in pointing out every animal we saw in said store including two live dogs behind the counter. Fun!
3. Thought about baby names and tried not to feel badly for a child I saw named Jagger.
4. Met Aunt Ela (my college roommate Angela) at the children's museum for a slow-paced afternoon visit. Bella discovered her love of P.D. Eastman's Are You My Mother?
5. Did not take a nap. Woops!
6. Had dinner with Grammy and Ashley while our men were out on a little adventure together. I ate too much.
7. Pondered potty training.
8. Read our own (secretly stashed and dusted off) copy of Are You My Mother? for our bedtime story. Giggled with pure glee when the little bird finally meets his mommy at the end!
9. Brushed our teeth, gave hugs and kisses and Bella went to sleep.
10. Trimmed cat's claws...finally. She is so good and always just lets me so I don't know why I procrastinate on this little chore!
11. Watched Miracle on 34th Street (the original) while sipping on tea (for my sore throat).
12. Wrote this silly blog.
